Redemption Ranch Ministries (RRM) is a Texas nonprofit formed to carry The Redemption Story of God's faithfulness through tragedy — and to provide rest, renewal, and encouragement for those who have devoted their lives to ministry.

Ministry is costly. RRM was formed to walk alongside pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders — not with programs or production, but with presence, rest, and the gospel.
RRM also exists to proclaim the hope of Christ — how God works through suffering to draw people to Himself, to refine His people, and to display His glory.
Kennon's faith began at thirteen, when the gospel met him in the middle of his life and set him on a new course. He lost his father as a teenager — and in that grief, the discipleship of godly men became the quiet thread God used to shape him.
In 2006 he founded Downline Ministries in Memphis, equipping men and women to make disciples through the local church. In 2013 he planted Harvest Church Memphis, where he still serves as lead pastor.
He holds a master's in biblical studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and a doctorate in evangelism and discipleship from Gordon-Conwell. He and his wife Kathryn live in Memphis with their five sons.
On January 17, 2023, Kennon was the sole survivor of a plane crash that took the lives of four friends. What followed — recovery, grief, and an unexpected season of ministry — became The Redemption Story, and the ground on which Redemption Ranch Ministries was built.
Gifts to Redemption Ranch Ministries are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Every retreat, every gathering, every gift is part of the same work — to care for the weary and to carry the gospel.
