End-User License Agreement
Last updated April 24, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Redemption Ranch Ministries, a Texas nonprofit corporation ("RRM," "we," "our," "us"), and governs your access to and use of the RRM management application and any related services (collectively, the "Application").
By accessing, installing, or using the Application — including by connecting it to a third-party service such as QuickBooks Online — you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. License grant
Subject to this Agreement, RRM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for the internal operations of Redemption Ranch Ministries and its authorized staff, board members, and contractors.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any purpose other than the lawful, internal operations of RRM.
- Share access credentials, or permit any unauthorized person to access the Application.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Use the Application to store or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Application or any connected service.
3. Connection to QuickBooks Online
The Application reads data from your organization's QuickBooks Online account via Intuit's authorized APIs. By connecting the Application, you authorize us to access and mirror that data for reporting, statement generation, and donor-management purposes. We do not write to QuickBooks. You may disconnect at any time from the Application's QuickBooks settings page or from within Intuit's app-management console, which revokes further access.
4. Intellectual property
The Application, including all source code, designs, templates, and content authored by RRM, is and remains the property of RRM. No rights are granted to you other than the limited license described above.
5. Data ownership
Financial and donor data synchronized from QuickBooks Online remains the property of RRM. Content you create within the Application (pledges, board minutes, notes, documents) likewise belongs to RRM.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. RRM disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of financial computations, and non-infringement. The Application is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall RRM be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of or relating to your use of the Application. RRM's aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
8. Termination
RRM may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 4, 5, 6, 7, and 10) will survive.
9. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
